Recently, ROYPOW, an industry-leading provider in motive power and energy storage systems, entered into a long-term strategic partnership with REPT, a top-tier lithium-ion battery cell supplier. This partnership aims to deepen collaboration, promote high-quality and sustainable development in the lithium battery and energy storage sectors, and drive innovation and application in future energy solutions. Mr. Zou, General Manager of ROYPOW, and Dr. Cao, Chairman of the Board of REPT, signed the agreement on behalf of both companies.

Under the agreement, over the next three years, ROYPOW will integrate more REPT’s advanced lithium battery cells, totaling up to 5 GWh, into its comprehensive product portfolio, benefiting from improved performance, increased efficiency, extended lifespan, and enhanced reliability and safety. Both parties have agreed to leverage the respective expertise, market positions, and resources to engage in deep collaboration in the lithium battery field, aiming for complementary advantages, information sharing, and mutual benefits.

It will also enhance the global business layout and provide stronger support for growth in international markets.
