RoyPow automated production line is comprised of a series of industrial robots linked an electrical control system. The robots can perform for multi-functional use. They can be used for small scale production or volume production, and can also be applied in sections, such as only for screening the cells whether they meet the standards or not. In general, these robots can assemble a single cell into a whole module, that is, they can output finished modules.

With the automated production line, RoyPow will keep every lithium battery in strict standardized procedures. As far as I know, each link can set the process specification, and can strictly implement it with monitoring and screening function. Such as in dispensing process, the dispensing amount can be accurately controlled to grams.

The intelligent control is also vital for the production line. If there are some problems in the production process, MES system can be started automatically to trace the causes and timely respond. With this function, the batteries can be produced in higher standards.
Compared with manual production, not only is the automatic production line more convenient for management, but also they can create more productivity of higher quality batteries. For example, the robots can finish 1 module in about 1.5 minutes, 40 modules per hour, and 400 modules in 10 hours. But manual production efficiency is around 200 modules in 10 hours, maximum is approximately 300+ module in 10 hours.

What’s more, they can provide better batteries in strict industry steps, so every battery is more consistent and stable. After the completion of RoyPow new industrial park, the production line will be expanded to incorporate more processes into the scope of automated production.
