ROYPOW USA is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative material handing industry lithium batteries to a wide range of customers. You will work closely with our team of sales professionals to develop and implement sales strategies, and will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and have the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. A strong understanding of enewable energy and the golf industry is a plus.

Job duties for the Sales Manager at ROYPOW USA include:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet or exceed sales targets;
- Manage relationships with existing and potential customers;
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop leads;
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of our material handling lithium batteries, and assist with product selection;
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote our products and build relationships with potential customers;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, including customer contact information, sales leads, and sales results.
Job Requirements
Requirements for the Sales Manager position at ROYPOW USA include:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy industries;
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems;
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed;
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required;
- Must have a Valid Driver's License.

Job Purpose: Prospect and visit the client base as well as provided leads
serves customers by selling products; meeting customer needs.
Duties:
▪ Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
▪ Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
▪ Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
▪ Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
▪ Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
▪ Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
▪ Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
▪ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
▪ Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
▪ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
