Sales Manager

Job Description

ROYPOW USA is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative material handing industry lithium batteries to a wide range of customers. You will work closely with our team of sales professionals to develop and implement sales strategies, and will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and have the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. A strong understanding of enewable energy and the golf industry is a plus.

Job duties for the Sales Manager at ROYPOW USA include:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet or exceed sales targets;
- Manage relationships with existing and potential customers;
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop leads;
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of our material handling lithium batteries, and assist with product selection;
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote our products and build relationships with potential customers;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, including customer contact information, sales leads, and sales results.

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Sales Manager position at ROYPOW USA include:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy industries;
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems;
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed;
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required;
- Must have a Valid Driver's License.

Job Description:
- Write, review, and polish compelling copy for product communications and promotions across a wide variety of platforms and mediums, including websites, brochures, social media posts, PR articles, ads, blog articles, videos, and more facing English-speaking markets.
- Work as part of a diverse team developing creative concepts and ideas for campaigns to drive brand awareness and promote new product launch.
- Take part in branding projects as part of a larger team.
- Manage copywriting projects and liaise with various teams to ensure projects are on track and deadlines are met.
 
Requirements:
- Native English speaker, bachelor’s degree.
- Based in Shenzhen, China or the USA and the UK.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience writing copy for digital mediums (websites, PR & Blog articles, ads, etc.).

Job Description:
- Work closely with ROYPOW headquarters’ brand team, carry on ROYPOW local integrated marketing communications, including online and offline projects;
- Synergize with headquarters’ social media colleagues, manage ROYPOW USA Facebook and Linkedin accounts, develop and manage YouTube and other platforms’ influencers and reviewers; together with China headquarters’ colleagues to manage ROYPOW Facebook groups, develop new social media groups when necessary.
- Write, review, and polish compelling copy for product communications and promotions across a wide variety of platforms and mediums, including websites, brochures, social media posts, PR articles, ads, blog articles, videos, and more facing English-speaking markets.
- Contents planning and creation, including articles, videos, and photos.
- Develop and cooperate with local industry media, mess media, online forums, or knowledge platforms to carry on ROYPOW PR campaigns and product promotions.
- Help headquarters’ team to facilitate local trade shows and address channel marketing issues.
- Working as a ROYPOW local representative to be on the camera or interview is a plus.
